We are excited to announce that we have a new management company for our condo. As part of transitioning to this much better management company, we’re rebranding as Snowflake Vista.
First, the name change was long overdue because we really didn’t give it much thought when we purchased our condo. What we didn’t know at the time is that there is a building in our complex named Chalet. So, when we chose Tyra Chalet, it wasn’t unique and we didn’t want to confuse anyone by using the same name. The new name Snowflake Vista is a better reflection of our condo because we look down at the Snowflake lift and we have one of the best views in town.
Our nextdoor neighbor also uses Natural Retreats for managing their condo, and that’s one of the reasons we chose them. Natural Retreats named their condo as Snowflake Overlook for marketing and reservations, and we took that as inspiration to get to Snowflake Vista. Because of the Snowflake Lift, we’ve always associated it with the snowflake image and that’s what inspired our logo.
As far as the management company, we really haven’t been happy with our prior company for a long time. They let too many details fall through the cracks and their reports were useless. We ended up having to stay on top of them so much, we might as well have been manging it ourselves. Natural Retreat come highly recommended from our neighbor and has a much better website for users and for owners, so we’re excited to start working with them.
