This site is mainly for us to share our knowledge about Breckenridge with our family and friends who are coming to town. We’ve been coming to Breckenridge for over a decade and finally had an opportunity to buy into a condo. We now have a 20% ownership into an awesome condo on 4 O’Clock Road in the Tyra community.
When our condo isn’t being used by us or one of the other owners, it is available for rent. You can check availability on the Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals website.
Because we visit (and now have a place in) Breckenridge, we frequently get asked questions about staying in Breckenridge. Rather than copying and pasting our emails, we decided to start this site.
