The Breckenridge City Council is planning on limiting the number of short term rentals in town. Their reasoning is that they want to limit growth, reduce crowds, and shrink the town back to it’s size 20 years ago. The problem is they are treating all areas of town the same, even those areas built up specifically to provide housing for vacationers and tourists coming to town.
Our area of town is the Four O’Clock corridor. This area was built to be vacation homes and short-term rentals. If you want to learn more and have your voice heard, please consider signing this petition to make the Four O’Clock Corridor exempt from the limits that the Town of Breckenridge is planning.
